Terms of Service

By using Axis Realty, you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear and short. Read them.

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at axisrealtyai.com and the related AI-driven real estate deal analysis service (together, the "Service") operated by Axis Realty ("Axis Realty," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02What Axis Realty is

Axis Realty produces written investment analysis reports for real estate properties using a combination of automated valuation data, comparable sales data, and large language model (AI) generation. Reports are intended to support — not replace — the judgment of the operator submitting the property.

Axis Realty is not a licensed real estate broker, appraiser, mortgage lender, financial advisor, legal counsel, or tax advisor. Reports are not appraisals, broker price opinions, or formal valuations. They are analytical estimates produced from third-party data and should be treated as one input among many in any real estate decision.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

04Your account and submissions

When you submit a property for analysis, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to submit any property address you provide.
• You will use the resulting report for your own analytical and decision-making purposes, or for the benefit of a client you are advising.
• You will not represent any Axis Realty report as an official appraisal or formal valuation.

05Subscriptions, fees, and payment

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis ("Pro," "Team," "Enterprise") with monthly fees as published on the pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial months.
• We may change subscription pricing on prospective billing periods with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• First-analysis trials are offered at our discretion and do not create an ongoing obligation on either party.

06Report ownership and license

You own the reports generated for properties you submit. You may use them internally, share them with clients you advise, and reference them in your investment decisions.

You may not:

• Resell Axis Realty reports as a standalone product.
• Strip Axis Realty branding from reports and represent the work as your own analytical output.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the methodology, prompts, or underlying models used to generate reports.

The Service, including the website, the report template, the analytical methodology, and any software, remains the exclusive property of Axis Realty.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit properties or information you do not have the right to submit.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any third party.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including mortgage or appraisal fraud.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts) to submit properties at volume beyond the subscription tier you are paying for.

08Third-party data

Reports incorporate data from third-party providers, including automated valuation models and comparable sales databases. While we select providers we believe to be reliable, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data, and we are not responsible for errors or omissions in that data.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or trade usage.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any specific results will be obtained from use of the Service.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Axis Realty, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axis Realty and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (c) any decision you make in reliance on a report.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Axis Realty.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

13Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site or via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axis Realty regarding the Service.
